Hey guys, looking for a bed extender for my 1 week old baby boy, 2013 Hemi 8 speed.
Color is not a factor, possible black to mat the bed spray. Main thing is that I would like a bed extender that have a wider shape as possible. I see some that the curve a little to sharp, even the MOPAR one seems kind of narrow.
Can anyone show me some photos of theirs, and price if possible?
Thanks for your help with it.
OOhhh, by the way, also looking for :DODGE RAM CHROME DOOR MOLDINGS SET OF 4. Did anyone by some for their truck???
Cheers
David

From what I've seen the Amp Research extenders look really nice. Contact Jeremiah or Andrew and Discount Auto Performance. They'll be able to give you all the options and get you the best price around.

I'm glad this came up. This is one of the main reasons I haven't ordered one yet. I can't seem to get an answer on the shape of them. I've seen where they have angled corners as well as a square corner. I want the square shape as I plan on hauling my quad with the extender. Hopefully someone can post pics and help us out here. Please note the brand and part number when posting pics so we know what's what.

The ones that have the angled corners can flip back into the bed when you aren't using them. They have to be angled in order to clear the wheel wells inside the bed. There's are lots out there with more square corners but I think they have to be completely removed from the truck when not in use.

Just got on AMP's website and they seem to have added some pics. I hadn't seen the ones of the RAM, only other trucks. Good news is the one on the RAM has the squared off corners. I've added a pic below.

The following pics are showing what I have been seeing and this just wont work for me. Certain trucks apparently don't have the space behind the wheel wells as Brandon said. According to the pic above, the Ram does!

I can tell you the Ram shown is not the short bed that comes with the crewcab.

See the rails in the bed between the wheel wells....those are for a removeable 5th wheel hitch, and you can't put that safely in a 5'4" bed.

If you check their website, it only fits regular beds, which is a normally a 6' bed length.

I know what you're saying, but I'm going to disagree. The distance from the wheel well to the tailgate is the same on short beds as it is on the standard bed. Only the front of the bed is shorter.

I imagine what they mean by 'regular beds' is to distinguish between rambox and other beds. This will NOT fit a rambox bed.

Hey guys, I bought the AMP's one, looks great, easy to install. Very happy with it.
Thanks
David
