I had a friend build a 9 in drop hitch since the truck is lifted .. im curious to know ur opinion if this could fail or not..

It looks pretty sturdy.. Only thing I don't like are the bolts, might just be the pictures, but they look a little small. When I help set up hitching for people picking up their RVs, the bolts and nuts are usually pretty big.

Welds look like they will work....but the rest of the hitch.....not so sure from what I can see of it.

ok! the bolt are 1/2 L9 grade rated at 15000 lbs each.. You think i should put bigger?
