T1000 question...
 
When changing the Traction Control settings does the OE tc button still function the same ie ON/OFF just when off its really off?

The tc disable on the tuner is only temporary. You have to reflash the pcm to disable it each time you restart the truck. It completey disables the tc system though, including the abs. The tc switch on the dash still functions as normal, it's just much more effective w/ a tuner. I never disable via the tuner, I just use the switch on the dash when I want to light em up!:smileup:

Thanks for the clarity, so if I understand this correctly, TC OFF is no bueno, and the TC can be modified/adjusted as a percentage if left on and the button works the same? Think I got this now.

It's not that it's bad, but just be aware that you are driving without any "nannies".
