rc lift with bilsteins

hey guys just a quick question im about to order my 6 in lift from rc and the bilstein 5100 with tcg 1.5 in spacers for the rear my question is will the rear shocks that come with the lift kit work with the additional 1.5 in of lift from the spacers?

NewRamGuy81 04-12-2013 11:54 PM

yes it will work

okay thanks so much for the fast reply and for the guys who have this setup can i get a measurement like from the bottom of the door to the ground or something i just want to get a idea how tall the truck is actually going to be

They will work. Why the rear spacer tho?

Add your lift and tire difference to your current height and you'll get the measurement you need..

just from everything ive read i figured with the additional 2.8 in of lift in the front from the bilsteins i would need a little extra in the rear

I wouldn't run an RCX lift with maxed Bilsteins. That's 4" of leveling kit bro.....

Depending on the your current rake and the look you're going for I guess you could. I personally won't go back to spacers. The RCX shocks are shit as they sit already

What size tires and what tires you gonna run!? Any other mods? What gears you got...
