Well i was hopeing to get my tires and rims tomorrow and i doubt they will show ordered them last wednesday. Wanted to take my truck with me down south to visit my cousins since they have alot of land and they have lifted trucks aswell but i'm not sure if i will be able to.

Don't you have the lift already? You're just waiting for the wheels and tires right?

Get under that beast this weekend and install it! The RCX kit is a pretty simple install and comes with really detailed instructions. Plus you don't need the wheels and tires on right away. It will still look bad ass without them!

I'm just trying to push you cause I want to see the pics! ;) What is the actual reason for the hold up though?

For the tires and rims? I believe it's because Andrew said they are backed up or something 100 tires and rims so they are busy. I was trying to ask them when they will be able to ship them out to me. Also i called up rough country and they said i can't run stock 17" rims on the 6" lift and the guy who is installing my kit said he didn't want to risk installing the kit and then the tires wouldn't work.

Ya, I had the same issue with my rims and tires from DAP. Their supplier was definitely busy. Mine finally shipped out on Monday and should be here this Monday coming up. I'm pretty stoked!

My bad, forgot you had the stock 17's. So you are correct, that won't work. Too bad.... I'm looking forward to seeing what your truck will look like because it will be a very similar set up to what I plan to run eventually. Besides the different rim size and offset.

I went with 18x9 0 offset moto metal 962 and the 35x12.50x18 nitto trail grapplers. Just want to see this thing finished lol

Been waiting nearly 3 weeks :4-dontknow: Could have purchased my tires and rims through the guy who is installing my kit for $100 more and could have had them hear today. Since Andrew and Jeremiah had been so helpful i figured i'd give my business to them.

Honestly, you don't know that they would have been here today from that guy no matter what he said before. He'd probably run into the same problems that DAP is having with busy suppliers and back orders. That's just how things tend to go. Just look at the big pictures. Really waiting 3 weeks (or 6 for your full install) is nothing compared to how long you're going to enjoy the outcome.
