Bilsteins at 1.4" setting , what have you exerienced ?

Jus looking for some other thoughts on you ram 4g 1500 with bilsteins set at 1.4". shutters , vibrations in 2wd and 4wd.

I recently had a 6" rcx lift installed on my 2012 ram sport 1500 , along with bilsteins set at the 1.4" setting and I have a bad shutter from 0-25 km/hr in 2wd and worse in 4wd , the truck has been back to the shop that installed the lift kit twice , everything was checked over no issues were found , all u joints were exc since my truck only has just over 8000kms . I am considering lowering the bils down to 0 or .7 setting to correct this issue .

I see you edited. It's that cheap lift lol. That shutter is a common issue with a 12. Do you have the redesigned diff bracket? Go look at your front pinion angle. Either way I would contact Mitch at RCX bc he is aware of this issue. Tell him what ur experiencing and he'll get it to you ASAP.

Either way you're running 2.5" worth of levelin kit. You cant get aftermarket cvs for your truck yet....I don't think. I would lower it and go from there.

The kit I had installed was the 324s for the 2012 . is there a newer updated diff bracket out ?
