Hungry for a chip

Has anyone used a Powerbox chip from ACD? If so, how well does it work? I need to improve my MPG and of course would love some extra HP. I will be adding a S&B CAI and a Magnaflow cat back. Any help is appreciated, as I have never used one:4-dontknow:

Don't waste your time with a chip, get a tuner (programmer). They are a much better option. Both the Diablosport Trinity and Bully Dog GT for Hemi Plus will work for you.

Bully Dog is the way to go if you're only sticking with canned tunes, the Trinity is the way to go if you want to custom tune. With just a CAI and exhaust the Bully Dog canned tunes will work really well for you.

Contact the guys at Discount Auto Performance for the best pricing on either tuner

You can also use the search function on the forum to find out a lot more information about these two tuners.

Chips are different than Programmers. Chips just plug in and sit there (under the hood I think) hardwired in. And just fool your engine into thinking its running lean and thus adds more fuel.

I know where I used to get confused at is the fact that Superchips (the brand) has a TUNER...but their name is superCHIPS. So I always referred to any tuning device..as a chip. So people might even hear about a chip, and come on here asking about one...when they are indeed thinking of a programmable tuner. Which is what you want.

Put it this way...if the "chip" is $69.99 MSRP $399.99 it's a joke.

get the tuner (they are a bit pricier but worth it in the fact that they work)
