Intake Manifold Gasket

I want to change the intake manifold gasket on my 1994 2500 5.9

How big of a deal is this and does anyone have any advice on procedure, pitfalls to avoid?

Might as well get the Hughes Performance Plenum kit. Comes with all gaskets, new hose to manifold from block, thermostat, new bolts, etc.

It's not a bad job, but can be a little daunting the first time. I can have it off in about an hour now.

Basically just remove intake, alternator, ac compressor, accessory bracket, radiator hose, fuel injector plugs, throttle body linkages, and vacuum lines.
