Manifold to intermediate pipe

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the exhaust piping from the manifolds to the intermediate pipe from an 04-05 to an 07. I may be looking at a bad cat on my 07 and can't find a premade setup for my truck but the 04-05 lists one.

on the magnaflow website the part numbers they have listed for a complete pipe with both cats is the same for the for the 05 and the 07 while looking at the 2500 which I believe is what you will need being a Mega Cab.
They have listings for just the cats for each side or the complete system.
They are listed under the 49 state options as there isn't much that is 50 state/California legal.

Problem is mine is a single cat on the passenger side version. I saw the one type of magnaflow passenger side cat close to the manifold style which would work but I would need the driver manifold to the y connecter pipe which I was unable to find.

something isn't right. either your truck has a cat on each side after the manifolds like a non mega cab or is has the passenger side after the manifold and the drivers side just in front of the Y pipe.

A cat on one side only before the Y pipe was never an option on any model. A single cat after the Y pipe was only on the 03.

My 07 has only 2 O2 sensors, both on the passenger side with the cat before the y pipe. from the drivers side it is just a pipe with a heat shield beside the front drive shaft but no O2 or cat. The catco 9199 is similar in design but is for 2 wd.

Without seeing the exhaust and how it runs down both side of the truck the only thing I can tell you is to find an exhaust shop and have a new pipe made.

As of today the only thing I have found that might work is the walker 50531 and 52295 from a 2003 hemi ram 1500 4x4.

any chance of getting some pictures of your exhaust? both sides and the y pipe? I am curious to see this odd ball exhaust that shouldn't exist.

Here is a pic of what my exhaust looks like from Mopar Chrysler Parts. My system is similar to #9 in the listing but is one solid piece and only one cat where the one in 9 is showing. I only have the 2 O2 sensors on the passenger side none on the drivers side. Maybe I have a bast!!d system or a leftover but it is what I have.
