Hissssing when turning the motor off
 
Hello mopar truck experts, Can anyone tell me the hissing or air escaping from somewere when turning the motor off on my 1999 ram 1500 5.9 :4-dontknow:

Most likely your AC compressor. Nothing wrong with it, just purging.

Check your gasket where the air box connects to the throttle body intake.
Mine made the same hiss when I shut off the engine, and I later found that the gasket was broken.
