Sounds like a erg valve. I may be wrong so don't quote me. My truck did the same thing and it kits a code eventually but it progressively got worse. Someone else might have a suggestion but that's they best Ive got.

Does it feel like engine or driveline? I have not had any issues with my egine or electronic sensors. I would first check the towing brake to see if it is properly adjusted so that the brakes on the towed vehicle is not locking. If not that, then I would check the center support bearing on the drive shaft (if you have one). Good luck.

UPDATE

I took the truck to merlins they couldn't see anything and didn't notice anything when they drove it, Next I took it a small diesel mechanic shop to have the Edge Insight Monitor installed when he drove it he said it was the rear u-joint so I took it do a dodge dealer to have it check because I have an extended warranty
it was the rear u-joint they replaced it the shakes are gone.
