Glass cleaner suggestion?

Tries 3 glass cleaner products, the last being rainX cleaner. Also tried 90% isopropyl alchohol which worked better than anything else but still no amount of elbow grease will take off what looks like rain spots? on most of the glass.

I'm assuming you're talking about strictly exterior glass cleaning products, not interior....

I use RainX but yes it does take a lot of work to get it looking spot/streak free. I often end up putting a good amount of product on and really working it to remove the water spots and such, then stepping back and looking at it from different angles to see how it looks and make sure I got everything. From there I go over it all again with a smaller amount of product to remove any streaks left from the first wipe. But yes, no matter what product you use it's going to take a fair amount of elbow grease to make it look good.

Widow cleaning is a real problem the interior more so with the AC running. I have tried several window cleaners also just water they look perfect for a day or maybe two but then the cloth marks show up not all over but in different places any suggestions would be helpful.

So far the alcohol/distilled water combo works better than anything else.

When you're done, wad up a piece of newspaper and rub the windows down good.

Try doing it on half the windshield and wait a day or two to see it there's a difference.

Newspaper as a final rub is good

On all my vehicle glass i use a very good cleaner
i buy it at Home Depot
It is a product from ZEP, it is a foaming glass cleaner

if you are using a regular glass cleaner in a spray bottle, add some vinegar to eliminate streaking

I use Invisible Glass and wipe it off with newspaper leaves no streaks.

frequently, if you see 'round circles--foggy looking' after using glass cleaner, it's a sign you used too much product. Wipe with water and this will usually make the foggy circles disappear.. . and next time use half as much.
