Headlights not working as they should.

When I use my key fob to unlock the doors only the drivers side headlight comes on. the same for the day time running lights and when I turn on the head lights only the drivers side low beam works. When I switch to High beam they both work. I am dazed and confused. I really do not want to go to the dealer ship. I really hate electrical problems, I get a headache just thinking about this. Has anyone else had this problem and can give me a sense of direction.

You may have two bulbs per side, your low beam bulb may be out that's why the high beam is working.

Unplug the connector and check if you have power. If not, there is a high possibility that you need a tipm

Yup, it's either a burnt out bulb on your passenger side low beam or a wiring issue. If you have a test light or volt meter I would test the wiring to the light first. If there's power there then it's just the bulb. Easy fix. If you don't have access to those tools then just replace the bulb and see if that fixes it. It's cheap to do.

Hey tried new bulbs(2), got power. What is a "tipm"?

And they still aren't working properly?

TIPM = Total Integrated Power Module

Power on low and high beam or just on high?

I sure would not take it to a dealership, i would go to an good auto electric shop
I made the mistake of buying a complete headlight unit from the dealership, online they are much cheaper in price
