tire PSI in sand
 
i have a set of 315/75r16 hercules trail digger mt with 25-30% tred and i just wanted to know what PSI should i run on the sand dunes. im thinking 10-15 PSI, what do you guys think?

I have read about that in here and I'm sure someone will answer this that has experience, but yes that sounds about right.

I regularly ran my previous truck - same wheel and tire combo as this one - throughout the sands of the OuterBanks North.

I always dropped them to 14PSI just prior to heading into the sand and never got stuck or any issue at all under all conditions. I always carried a mobile 12V compressor [VI-AIR 450P Automatic Portable Compressor] to restore the tire pressure following the fun. I still have it. Pricey but brilliant!
