Oil change

If you change your oil on the 5.7 Hemi in the 1500 ,I am sure you curse the oil filter placement ...DIY..I was looking for large drip pan to try to keep oil off the floor , I could not find them anywhere , I picked up a 36"x 36" plastic drain pan for a washer it worked great to keep all the drips off the floor ,picked mine up at Lowes $20

I use a paper plate with high ridges on mine.

$1.99 for 25 :)

I use a drain pan designed for changing transmission fluid.

gallon milk jug (cut in half just below the handle) works for me.

I drain in a 5 gal bucket from Lowes....it is the filter that I usually trash up...just sayin

Best pan I've ever used. The Wedco W-77. Heard of it a few years back on a sport bike forum. You can do a couple oil changes before its full and closes right up until you need to empty it. Can tire and Walmart used to sell them. Not sure if they still do. The funnel pops out and screws into where that yellow cap is

ziplock freezer bag helps with containing oil when removing the filter.

Looks nice, but you won't get a couple oil changes with a Hemi which takes 7qts of oil.
