Headlight adjustment

I have some projector headlights that are aimed to low. how do i adjust them?

the light doesnt sit on those screws just right because i couldnt put the headlights on my truck as a full peice (with the box or mount box..whatever its called) so i put the black box in and then the headlight. i'll remove my bumper to get the headlight and box in as a whole piece but i think it'll still aim too low.
how do i adjust the 3 screws? and what else do i need to do?

there is a little rock and sticky stuff used to lift up the headlight. and to make it tighter.

The adjusting screws are probably seized into the adjusting ball inside of the holder and it's spinning with the adjusting screw.

Your probably going to have to pull the headlight bucket and work on 'em or just install the new buckets.

is that one of the adjustment screws in the photo? it turns i just dont know how far in or out the screws should be. it doesnt look like adjusting them with those screws will make the light high enough.

Yes, that is one of them and there's another towards the inside the radiator.

For the small amount they turn they adjust them quite a bit.

There should be a small alignment pin it the top (might be in the bucket) that if it's not seated properly will make the headlight point down.
