Price to pay for a new Power Wagon
Hey everyone, I'm almost on the market for a new '13 SLT Power Wagon. I'm aware of the changes that will be made on the '14 Power Wagon, but I prefer the current '13 model. Anyways, what would be a good offer for a new Power Wagon? I'm thinking of offering $38,000 after all current incentives are put into place etc. That price doesn't include any down payments etc. either. I've searched a few posts on what others have paid, but I wanted to see if anyone had any more additional information. Based on the old posts, I've seen at the lowest, owners pay about 73-74% of the listed MSRP. Thank you.

Yes, some of us got great deals, but it will depend on the dealer. In my example I paid 38k on a 51k truck. BUT, that truck had also sat on the dealers lot for 10 months. The dealer had to pay flooring and financing fees on that and was loosing money daily. Unless your dealer is in a similar boat you may not get that kind of deal.

Thanks battlerattle, I am hoping the same exact thing will happen in my case too. I wouldn't mind a new 2012 model, since there are a few around, but I am willing to wait for a newer 2013 model. I've heard some Ram owners don't like the current/previous reflector headlights, so I'm hoping the new projector headlights will be the answer to the problem. Plus, the increased frame integrity and the interior upgrades are just a added plus. I'm also hoping that there are more people that will be waiting for the 2014 model, that way there will still be a few 2013 models still around :)
Anyone else willing to share what they paid for their Power Wagon or similar model?

Okie Pricing
I walked into my local dealer in OKC and they had to secure one from Wichita Falls, Tx. I lost some negotiating powers b/c like was said previously it wasn't sitting on the lot for 6 months. With that being said my sticker was 52.5k and was able to get out the door including TTL $41k.

Again, there are better deals to be had, but I knew what I wanted and had waited long enough

Happy hunting!!!

I got my 2012 2 days after it got off the truck. Sticker was $45,280 (IIRC), I got it for $38k OTD. (not counting the warranties and such in F&I, they added more)

Pics? I have lots! Here's the truck I almost bought:

Here's the truck I bought:

Both were at the same dealer, both identically equipped, and both the same price, just had to pick my color! Funny thing- I bought mine and went wheeling three days later (first saturday after signing papers), the one I didn't buy got bought by a guy who's never going to wheel it and is never even going to cut the factory zip-tie on the winch cable because he is never going to install the hook! (dealer was telling me about that when I came in for service) Mine had a couple problems early on that made me wish I'd bought the black one instead but, they seem to be worked out now so, I am happy! (Also, mine almost looked like somebody wheeled it before me, LOL! It was dusty before I test drove it! (they would have had to have been quick though, it was fresh off the car hauling truck!) Still had all the new car shipping labels and plastic covers and all in place (and only like 4 miles on it, it was new), I liked the color so I bought it anyway! (made them detail the heck outta it! (IMO they should have before I came up since they knew I was coming! (had appointment)))

Here's a pic from the third day of ownership! (sorry about the funky border, it's a cell phone pic and I forgot to edit it out, DOH!):
