2004 ram steering problem HELP!!!!!

I am in need of help!!

I have a 2004 ram 2500 5.7l hemi .... I recently put new 35x12.5x17 procomp extreme a/t tires. When i was leaving the show that i bought them at i realizied how bad and sloppy my steering was. So first thing i did when i got home was put on new parts.. I installed new steering linkage system from mopar a new heavy duty "t" style setup ( included new tie rod ends, pitman arm, stabilizer), new steering gearbox, and i bought a steering bearbox stabilizer that bolts in the same holes and the swaybar mounts on the frame.. everything is rock solid i also did upper and lower ball joints.. then i took it for a front end alignment.... Now i still have the same steering i had when i left the show. The steering wheel is sloppy and it dosent come back to center i feel like i am constantly chasing the tires with the steering wheel. a fly can land on the steering wheel and it would turn.. There is no resistance on turning. and it dosent center on it own i need help bad!!! the only thing i didnt replace was the steering wheel( which rocks and cracks) when i push and pull on it.and steering column Something is wrong in the column i think i cant get any schmatic on the column. I took the steering wheel off and i got to the bearing right behind the steering wheel.. that seams fine but i can grab the shaft that the wheel mounts to and i can wiggle it back and forth i think my problem is deeper in the column are there more bearings? something is wrong its all over the road... any help PLEASE!!
