knocking issue?
So I am bqck on stock tune. And I noticed a slight knock running hot or cold. I know what the hemi tick sounds like and this defiantly isnt it. It sounds alot louder under tye truck then above. So I think its in the lower part of the motor. It makes this noise being tuned and being stock tune. I kinda afraid there is a rod thats bent or something. Its not extremely loud but you can definitely here it. Afraid to go to dealer. And them finding out I was tuned and have a stall in the truck. I might be screwded on warranty. Im making a youtube vid and will post later. You will need earphones. Cause its hard to hear the knock over the hemi tick

Its pretty hard to hear the tic from a video from what you are really hearing in real life. To me it sounds like a manifold leak but then again it could be anything ticking.

Okay I think I am hearing what you are saying at 1:04 and 1:22.

Not sure what that is. If at all possible I would see if it increases with engine speed or goes away.

Not a clue here though. If worse comes to worst try taking it in.

Ok I went outside earlier and cold started the truck and got underneath to listen. And it definitely sounds internal. I can feel the vibration of the knock everytime I here it. Also my tranny is shifting really hard into 3rd and 4th. Im staring to wonder if its my stall thats doing this

dusterman; I think you hit the answer with it being related to your aftermarket TC.

What in the stall would cause this

Warped due to installation issues would be my guess.
