anyone know how to unlock nav without paying the $600 for the factory unlock code?

Yes. Wait for your parts department to have a 10% off accessories coupon, and pay $535.50 for the code... Then complain and have them waive the install cost since that is billed at 1hr.

I got a 20% coupon. I just download a iPhone GPS app called SCOUT for free. I like how the voice directions transmit through the trucks speaker. Nice little Gps screen on the phone also.
There may be other Gps apps that are better, but pretty cool for free.

Probably going to lock pick my 2013 if and when they have the kit. However it does not unlock the NAV.

Google Maps iPhone app does the same thing, and works really well over the speakers. Also, the little indent/dish at the top of the dash that has the rubber "RAM" on it holds an iPhone perfectly.

i do the same thing. screw paying ram $500 for outdated maps that require more money when you want to update them. nothing beats google maps.
