Fuel/water separator question

From the factory do these trucks come with two large white filters mounted to the frame rail under the drivers side rear door. I saw a truck that had these mounted in the location with heavy duty blue tubing connected, only reason i was able to see it was because it had a lift and they hung down lower then the step bars.

i would assume they are some sort if fuel/water filter system but not for sure

That's just an aftermarket dual fuel filter set up

would have been an air dog or a fass setup we run em on all our diesels. way better than the factory setup and a little better fuel economy
