Engine knock
So did some work for a guy an he paid me in gas. I decided to treat my self and put supreme in it from Ultramar, then I switched the tune over on the trinity and he knock is horrible. Is it shitty gas? Or what do you guys think? The oil is at half life it's synthetic castrol with their filter. The catch can was emptied the other day and I cleaned the K&N. original spark plugs 61000km's.

It's never made a sound like this before and I had the tune and supreme in it at Christmas

Try going back to stock and see what happens, regardless, drive carefully and try not to let it knock. Knocking is very bad on a hemi. I have my truck dyno tuned with a Diablo Predator. My tuner monitors knock retard and adjust timing and fuel trims for 93 octane summer tune and 87 for winter. He welds a bung in the exhaust and installs a wideband O2 sensor. I don't have a lot of faith in the canned tunes that come with the tuners, big fan of custom dyno tuning utilizing the Diablo tuners, not using the canned tune. If you have some low octane crap gas, and you still get a little knocking with the stock tune, dump in a bottle of NOS brand octane booster, maybe 2.

I just hear a sound, there are no codes no warnings in earthier the tuner or the truck. Is this normal with the knock?
