AC dont work! Need Help!

My AC do not work at all. At first it was working when driving but not when idling. I found out my condenser fan was out. After a while of driving like, the ac don't work at all now. The compressor started make had made a squeal noise and ever since than the ac don't blow cold at all. I believe my ac compressor is bad also now. I looked at the compressor and it seem to look like a black ring on the belt roller is shredded. I'm not sure if its the clutch or compressor gone bad. Im trying to fix this the cheapest way I can. I can do all the labor work myself. Should I take the compressor to get rebuilt, buy a new one, or is it simple to rebuild myself. Please help! Its too hot outside

Not much on cars today is rebuilt or rebuildable. With low productions cost driving down the cost of complete replacement parts and cost of rebuilding labor raising, it's safer/cost efficient to just replace it. The squeal could be either the clutch going out or belt squealing/slipping because of the compressor locking up I didn't hear it so I can't discern between the two.

yeah you can probably fix it yourself (i dont recommend it), but you will need to have a professional shop vacuum the system and charge it afterwards.
