-24 or -44 offset
well after hours and hours and many headaches I have FINALLY decided on a wheel! Thank baby Jesus haha
I am going to get Fuel hostages 20x10 or 20x12 on 37x13.5x20 Toyo or Nittos. I want to stick out a good 3" or 4".
-24 offset will give me that maybe. Not sure if the -44 will clear but i love the wide look.
Oh this is on a 07 Ram 1500, 6" RCX, 3" BL, and 2" Bils.
Ive seen some -24 and it doesnt look that wide. Any pics would help!

I say 20x12 -24. that's my vote
Well first off, I don't think you'll clear a 20x12 -24 offset with a 13.5 wide tire. That's a 5.5" backspacing which is equivalent to a +12 offset in a 9" wide wheel which is the absolute minimum to clear a 12.5 wide tire.... So if you want to go with that wide of a wheel you'll need the -44 offset. That will give you about 4.75" of backspacing. But now you're going to get into issues when you try and turn. With the body lift you might clear them but my guess is that it's going to be close... You'll be really tight on the back of the inner fender and front bumper.
Here's my estimate on how far you'll be sticking out with the 13.5 wide tire with each wheel set up:
20x10 -12 offset: 3" past fender
20x10 -24 offset: 3.5" past fender
20x12 -24 offset: 4" past fender
20x12 -44 offset: 4.75" past fender
I'm fairly certain about the measurements on the 10" wide wheel but a little more iffy with the 12" wide just because I haven't really dealt with it and very few people run them. But I think that will be very close.
Picture's don't typically do it justice either. My truck definitely has a wider stance than the pictures show. And with a 20x10 -24 offset with 13.5" wide tires you'd already be an inch wider on each side. There is pictures in both my lift thread and my wheel/tire thread (links in my signature) but like I said, they don't really do it justice....
I have the fuel throttle wheels 20x10 -24 offset , with the toyo open country mt's 37-13.50-20 and I love the stance , I had to do some trimming of the lower front valance with a dremel tool . and had to cut 1.5" off of the front of my side steps .
Hope these pics help you out , and if you like your paint ide reconsider the -44 , you will get some serious paint chips from a -44 offset .. I had to install mudflaps with the -24 even with my bushwacker flares ..
my vote is the -44 they are sick. i need new wheels badly
The -44 does look sick on the truck but I know for me I opted to stay away to save my paint lol .. But if u don't care about the paint go for the
-44 it does look good ..

well my paint isnt the best now.. i got a lil rust from road salt and chips missing from wheeling.
Id like to get the -44 i just hope that they wont rub. I dont mind some trimming but hopefully ill clear them.

You should be fine running that set up. My buddy has similar lift set up with 20x12 -44's and is running 38x15.5 without issue right now.
As far as stone chips go, just smother the thing in wax and hope that prevents them a bit. If you want the wide stance the -44 are definitely the way to go.

Well ill definitely be able to run them then cause im only running a 13.5 wide tire. Still tryin to decided between the nitto and toyo tire.
