heavier springs
I'm wondering if anyone knows if heavier rear springs are available for fourth gen 1500s. I'm wanting to bump up hauling capacity a bit. Looked at timbren load levelers and firestorm bags but just curious if anyone makes springs

Yes, I've seen them, but can't remember exactly where. Both heavier rate and progressive coils. Was considering the progressives myself. I'm sure a little google-fu will turn them up for you.

I wonder how this will affect the ride quality ?

I installed the Tuff Truck TTC-1223V springs along with Bilstein 5100 shocks on my 2011 RAm 1500 and I felt the ride was actually a bit better than stock mainly due to the new shocks.

Here is another option.

I have the tuff truck TTC-1223 springs on my 09 and love them. Its what the truck should have come with from the factory!

Can anyone tell me if these springs can be run with rear spacers?

APSTRAM 09-16-2013 09:11 PM

You may not need the spacer since you do get a bit of a lift from the TTC-1223V springs.
