Bilstein 5100 adjustable shock
 
What is better to run the shocks on 2.1 setting or 2.8 setting.

Depends on how much height you want out of them. 2.1" will be a little easier on the front end parts (ball joints, bushings, etc) though.

and as these guys always say-best to measure heights from wheel well to ground, FRONT AND BACK and see what the difference is to help you make that decision.

This here ^^^ will determine what to see them at if you want dead/near level or some rake still

I agree with ^^^^. I have mine set at 2.1, and the ride is impeccable! Can clear 35's though I would have some rub I believe. Front is about am inch lower than the back, close enough to level that I love the look & ride!
