I put my order in for a 2014 cc sport/white on 8/17/13. How long after your order did you receive the confirmation email or any sort of email? I haven't received anything yet and my order isn't in the system using the VON# on dodges site (VOTS)
Just curious how long it might take for this to appear?
I just ordered a very similar truck. My confirmation email took about a week to arrive. I ordered on 8/16 and the email arrived on 8/22. By the time I read the email it was already in 'production scheduled' status
Hmm something doesn't seem right.
what was the name of the email so I can search my inbox.
I wouldn't be surprised if the dealer didn't click the "send" button
It was from "firstname.lastname@example.org"
Just saw the exact same truck at the store parking lot. Had the wicked sport hood. Very sharp.
There is no rhyme or reason for that system. Don't put to much in it one way or the other. Guys on here got there and I got mine a week later but trucks were ordered the exact same day. It will eat at you trust me
I had my sales order for 2014 CC Longhorn entered on 8/19 and got the VOTS email and VIN on the 8/22. Its showing D status and scheduled for production. Like others have said, its about a 3 day delay....provided they have parts.
I almost ordered a Sport but went with the cushy Longhorn instead w/ the cattle tan interior...got that in my Jeep GC and its nice.
Not sure how it will look in a truck that I use for work though.
Guess we'll find out.
Best of luck with your order and new truck!
Waiting on VIN
Order went in 8/6 got a VON a little over a week later
but still no VIN. CS says dealer should have it, but they
say they don't. Is this about normal?
BTW, dealer has complete access to your order, unlike Ram CS.
