ABS & Emergency Dashboard Brake light

I was on the way home and about 2 miles into the drive my ABS and E-Brake dashboard lights come on and don't seem to go out until I turn the truck off. So I start it back up and drive down the road and about 2 miles and the lights come back on. NOT sure what is happening since I hooked up my personal OBD-2 code reader up and it said "no codes". I do feel like I am lacking power to. Has anyone had a problem like this? OH! My brakes have been vibrating here lately in turns around 50-75 mph. Thanks!

Most generic code readers wont read ABS codes.

i would take it to a reputable shop and have them take a look.

Took t to the Ram dealership and they had to drive it 32 miles to get the code to come up. So they scanned it (for 61.00) to inform me my abs light was on because my brake fluid was low(which was not).
