How to Improve MPG.

I have a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 express 5.7L and I average about 13.5 MPG and i would like for that to increase. WHat do you guys recommend I do. I have already removed the muffler and straight piped it. What else can I do, CAI or Throttle Body spacer. Please give me some insight.

Stay away from the TB spacer. You're not going to find any proven results with modern engines (unless you're running NOS). When the engine breaks in, you'll see a rise in fuel economy.

The big three, intake, exhaust and tuner. You stated you did the exhaust? Check. The current intake is said to be very efficient so just add a K&N or Spectre oiled element over the paper. Trinity is said to be the best. And just recently said on another thread about BullyDog double dipping when or if an owner decides to sell their BDGT, it's an extra $250 to transfer. The trinity is $100 more than the BDGT, and definitely worth it. Lastly, lay off the heavy foot and drive normally. Meaning, don't bog it, and then on the other hand, don't dog it. This, I truly believe will get you those magic numbers like many of us have achieved IF!...............that is truly what you are looking for in your new Ram. Great luck brother!
