Sitting for hours again

Once again I am sitting for hours at Jeff D'Ambrosio dealers ship to perfor another attempt at fixing the radio....all they have to do is flash it again....how long does it take! They said they would bring it right in so i dont have to wait! They must think really slow....or not at all.

A flash only takes a few minutes. However, if they find a problem that is a whole other animal. I went in to have the ABS recall done. They flashed the truck and sent me on my way. Well, when I got in and turned it on the ABS light came on. I went back in and told them. They brought the truck back in and had to flash it 3 more times (About half an hour) before the changes were saved. Sometimes the nature of flashing these types of computers can be problematic.

They should never have returned it to you in that condition. It would have taken all of one minute for the tech to turn it on and verify everything was working before they gave it back to you. It certainly didn't save them any time by giving it to you and having to take it back again.
