Question about floor mats

I picked up my new 2013 Laramie Longhorn Limited yesterday and noticed when I got home that the floor mat on the front driver-side has a hole that does not line up with the retainer clip on the floorboard. The carpet has to retainers where as the floor mat only has one hole. It appears the floor mats for a 2012 are different from a 2013 model. Am I missing something here or did they install the wrong floor mats?

I'd return to the dealership. It sounds like they had the wrong set of mats put into your truck.

If you've got two retaining clips, then there should be two holes in the mats. I could understand if there were two holes in the mats, but only one retaining clip....

good luck

What they ^^^^ said. I had the same thing happen on another vehicle I owned years ago, took them back for an exchange.

My factory floor mats had two holes in them.

I just returned home from the dealer and they replaced the two front mats. Not only were they for a 2012 model, they were also the wrong color. I didn't pay attention to the color differences between the front and back floor mats. The one piece floor mat in the back is Black and the ones in the front that were wrong are brown. I'm glad to get that taken care of so quickly.

Thanks for the input guys.
