Who ever figures out my problem I PAY!
OK guys I am going crazy here. I must be the only person with these codes. I getting p0152,p0158,p0151,p0138 p7034 and p1128. Let me give you guys detail on my setup. I had obx headers no cats with custom tune to turn off the rear. I also had both rear o2 codes when the rear o2 sensors were turned off. I had them plugged in and tried the non fouler trick still. So a few weeks ago bought the arh header with cats same issue. I check the wires from the o2 connection to the pcm with a volt meter on and they showed no break in the line. Bought 4 brand new sensors 2 in the front 2 in the rear still. Went back to a 93 tune even with the cam still got the codes. I changed all my spark plugs because they were due same thing. I not worried about p7034 tranny shop has fix that one. Any input please if i forgot something ask i tell you.

Could just be a problem with your PCM

Yea but wondering if I get a PCM the tunes to that PCM. Will I have to get the tuned again?
Need more ideas. Will buy new PCM soon

If you get reset the PCM to stock and then replace it with a new one the canned tunes should still work. I'm not sure about your custom tunes, but I don't really see why they wouldn't

I put it to basic 93 tune still had issues. What would be the difference between me going dodge them "flashing it the me going to a 93 sock tube then a different tune then buying new PCM

There may be a problem with the PCM itself. That's why changing the tune isn't helping. I'm not sure reflashing the PCM would help either but it may be worth a shot. I don't know how much a new PCM is but reflashing is $100 or so I believe.

just remember, that if you are getting a Code, it doesn't necessarily mean that the sensor where the reading is causing the code, it could be almost anything before the sensors location that could cause the fault code

P0138 1/2 O2 Sensor Shorted To Voltage
P0151 2/1 02 Sensor Shorted To Ground
P0152 2/1 02 Sensor Shorted To Voltage
P0158 2/2 02 Sensor Shorted To Voltage

P1128 Dodge - Closed Loop Fueling Not Achieved Bank 1

Possible causes
- Fuel delivery system
- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor or wiring connectors
- O2 sensor wiring or connectors
- Engine mechanical system
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

P1128 Dodge Description
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a condition where the vehicle has remained in open loop fuel control, from a start-up condition, longer than a calibrated amount of time, when conditions would have otherwise closed loop operation.
the strange thing is, it could be caused by something like a sticking thermostat
