problem with powerstop brake warranty from autoanything

any advice , should it be warranty or not

iv'e call autoanything directly and they said it is not covered,.. so what is covered?

also what is the name of are contact from that place? if i remember its clark?

the brake kit came with 3 years warranty however autoanything refuse to apply the warranty

when you look at them, their are cracks in them, and also its like the rotors are getting tinner, at a point that the ventillation slot are going to disapear soon

the brakes are about 1 1/2 years old

the truck is not being use for racing nor regular towing

why do you give a 3 years warranty if you would not apply it?

Take AutoAnything out of the equation for now and send some pics and a copy of your receipt to Powerstop warranty dept. Rotors get thinner and wear out. You won't get any love on that issue. But cracking in the rotors should be covered. It's a pretty common issue on drilled or slotted rotors.
You can email sales@powerstop.com and ask them about it.

Read their Policy

yea AutoAnything would not need to warranty in this situation that's where PowerStop would have to step in if they deem that it is under their manufacturer warranty
