Speakers.

Hey, I bought my truck with a aftermarket head unit and stuff, and I was wondering if the Sony 6x9 speakers would bolt right in. My current speakers just ain't cutting it; they have the most annoying rattle and it bothers the heck out of me when I get to a song that has some bump to it. And what size speakers do they cram in the back of 94 ram reg cab?

Just check the mounting depth...the speaker basket/magnet might be too deep and hit the window on the Sony speakers....most aftermarket companies have shallow mount speakers available

i have a 99 ram 1500 club cab 4 X 4
i put a custom JVC high definition stereo in my truck with custom speakers
6 X 9 speakers is what i put in the doors, they fit perfect
you should have no problem with them
good luck

this thread might help out a bit

6x9 in front
5.25 in the back.

My 6x9s in the front stick out a little bit into the foam thats in the door panel. I'm not sure if it would be different in your 94 versus my 01. But thats something to consider as well.

I found a set of those really nice GM Delco/Bose speakers out of a cadillac. Does anyone know if they'll bolt right in, or if they're too deep?

Honestly, I couldn't find direct fitment 6x9's, not even from Crutchfield. I ended up downgrading to 6 3/4 or 5 1/4...one of the two with an adapter plate. All because of the window guide...
