What are the performance upgrades with your tune in my 2014 ram cc,Im Wesly Coopers dad fron NJ and we race alot.I ram my truck last week and it run a great time for bone stock 14.17@96 but one thing I noticed was at 5500 or so just as it shifts it holds back for a split second in every gear change.Does the tune pick up much hp or tq?

hemifever 03-20-2014 05:16 AM

the engine is all that can be tuned. no trans control in '14. 30 to 35 hp gains from 3000 to 5000 rpms for the engine. A good bit of tq mgmt will be removed so it'll help that condition some

Any idea if or when tuning will be available for a 2014 Express with 5.7 / 6-speed transmission? I have a few more things in front of it, but I planned to buy a tuner within the month, but it appears that they don't support my truck. :box2:

Also, since we're chatting on the subject. Provided a tuner is available, are the Hemifever tunes custom built especially for me? My meaning in that is would I need to finish all planned mods before ordering the tune in order to take full advantage? I am just trying to understand how it works.

I just got my 14' ram and I love it, but I miss my supercharged challenger already. This 8 speed auto is pretty sweet which helps makes up for the weight, but I still need more. First thing first is tuning. I see that you do custom email tunes, I would like some more information about your tunes if possible. A few of my questions are:
-Will I still be able to run 89 octane w your tunes or will I need to step up to premium as 93 octane is readily available here.
-what kind of low end power could I see? Even though I will play with the truck some most of it's time will be work commutes.
-finally what are the charges for updated tunes as I proceed with further modifications ie. ported throttle body, intake, headers?

Thanks for your help.

I do an 89 octane tune too so no issues there. low end throttle response is improved but most of the power is from mid to full throttle. the tunes I set you up with are good for all bolt on's but if ur planning on LT headers let me know up front so I can make certain tweaks for those
