Depends on a LOT of factors
weight (reg cab, quad cab, crew cab)
4WD or 2WD
17's or 20" wheels, what size rubber
what rear end ratio 3.21, 3.55's 3.92's
even weather conditions can make a difference, cooler=quicker
Mine is a half second quicker on a cool morning near freezing temps
Tire spin, if you have any amount of spin off the line your speedo will hit 60mph before your truck is actually moving that fast.

for the record though
My RCSB 4x4 with 3.55's and 20" wheels, Heavy 305/50R20 Grappler's
Mod's at the time: intake/shorty headers/Y-pipe/catback/2800 Edge stall/E-fan/180 stat/ 85mm TB
4-Auto 4wd launch (no tire spin)

After supercharger install :D (with my transmission on the way out)

Not many guys have done a cam in the 4th Gens because of the VVT. You'll have to ask around to find someone.
