Looking to do a 4" lift need your hlep!
Hey guy's and girls hows it going?!!

I'm new to the whole dodge truck and to the "ramforumz".
I'm looking into getting a 4" suspension lift and I have no clue on what brand is a reliable one but nothing over the edge. I've been looking around and I seen so many that I have no clue on what's what! What should I be looking at in cost when buying the parts? I dont have to worry about getting it done by a unknown shop because my father in law has one and I can do it his help. He hasnt done to many truck lifts in his life. He's does more of the the old 60's 70's hot rod racers (so this should be fun)!

Thanks for all your input

From past experience look into Pro Comp. The kit I installed was a bolt on and very well engineered.

I'm looking for a nice lift that isnt cheap but wont break the bank. I do want to play around in it and not have to worry about something going wrong because it was cheap. If anything I'd like it to break because I was playing a little to ruff with it!!! But it also needs to have a nice ride when I'm on the road. I use the truck as a daily driver also if that helps any?

I would probably go with the sky jacker kit. No matter which kit you get, be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it. You can probably find cheaper ones for a few hundred but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Suspension isnt anything to skimp on cost. Good luck with it.
