HO Intercooled ProCharger system for Dodge Hemi 5.7 RAM

Anyone with this supercharger installed or knows someone with it installed? I'm serously thinking about getting it, but I want to know if anyone has had any bad experiences installing or running it. It's made by ProCharger and they claim 45-50% power gains on stock motors running pump gas with 6 psi of intercooled boost. They also say it's an easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the oil pan, and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water intercooler. This all sounds well and good, but do we have some people here with some real experience with this thing?

i have not installed or seen one installed on a ram, but i am familiar with them on other vehicles. the bottom line is, they are a great product if you want to spent that kind of money. the P1SC is self-contained (ie: the oil stays within the charger and is not plumbed into engine). it will make plenty of power. i just don't feel that an extra 100 horsepower is worth 5 grand, but if i had 5 grand just to spend i might buy one. bottom line: in my opinion, you would get more out bang for your buck if you spend a little extra money on throttle body, injectors, intake, heads, cam, exhaust. why just get 100 horsepower when you can get 200 or more.

oh, don't get me wrong. if i had $5k to blow, i would definitely buy the kit. i just think that's a LOT of money for what you get from bolting it on a stock set-up. as far as installs, they should be fairly easy for someone with relatively basic mechanic skills. just follow the instructions. all it really consist of is unmounting and mounting brackets.

they're nice...but I went the old fashioned way and went the bolt-on route...tho last time out at a Mopar event at Infineon.. I ran and beat both a regular cab srt10 as well as a regular cab paxton supercharged hemi ram.. and it being a bracket event, I've had to let off both times so I wouldn't break out..
