I'm in Vegas as well. Looks like this post may be dead, but if there are any other Ram owners or wannabe Ram owners in southern NV then post and bring this thread back to life.

I am in las vegas. anyone in the area know a decent mechanic they trust I can take my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 too? I am so sick of being ripped off on repairs. I had one guy tell me that I needed a new engine when all I needed was a water pump replaced. Seriously, just good honest mechanic anywhere? Need to have the rear end of the truck looked at. It is whinning something fierce when I accelerate and doesn't stop until I let off the gas pedal. Any suggestions would be great?

We have family in Vegas and will be there in Dec when my hubby returns from Deployment. I know that doesn't help now, but I thought I'd throw my two cents in.

Hi. Just posted a new thread about Vegas before I saw this. I just bought my Ram 1500 about 2 weeks ago and love it.
