First Ram is a Big one, need some help!

I am brand new to the Forum and to the Dodge Ram. I recently bought a 2002 Dodge Ram Quad Cab. It is sitting on 37x13.50 Pro comp xtreme A/T tires on 20" moto metals. The lift is a combo of a 6 inch Fabtech supension lift and a 3 inch body lift. It has about 160K on the 4.7L motor with a list of extras.
Here is where I need some help, I don't know if the truck was re-geared or if the driveshaft was upgraded. The ad said "I think it has an aftermarket driveshaft (this thing is huge for a half ton)" Sounds like the owner bought it already lifted. Can the truck last this long (160K) with the stock gears and driveshaft? Any reccomendations as to what gears and drive shaft to go with if it turns out they are in fact stock? Normally I check out a vehicle before I buy it but for one, I am in Iraq and I didn't really have anyone I felt could help me in the state I got it in. Plus I didn't want to sit on the deal I was getting. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance -JDTDBD
