Prefer to take on most of the projects myself.
so which is better?
CHILTON or HAYNES or Chrysler Motor Repair Manual

CHILTON__ 20 bucks
HAYNES___20 bucks
Chrysler Motor Repair Manual ____120 bucks

Is it worth the money?

I've always used Chilton, but in the case of my Jeep, I have both, just in case one has something the other doesn't, however, both are useful tools for the DIY'er and were worth every dollar I spent on them. :)

Factory repair manual is the best way . Can purchase one of e bay at a reasonable price .

I have used Haynes for my previous cars( Ford Exploder and Merc Villager). Great info in both manuals. I have heard that dealer manuals may have some shortcuts and troubleshooting that Chilton and Haynes don't. Any thoughts?

It's Chilton. Though I've owned both of them, I think Chilton is much better and seems more sufficient.

Factory manuals cost more, because you get what you pay for.
