2001 Dodge 2500 V-10 Tranny Slipping?>>>

I have a 2001 2500 V-10. It has 138,000 mi. I'm experiencing tranny slippage in D. I'm also getting really bad milage. 6-7 MPH I installed a cold air intake. Bosch plugs and took off cat converters and MPH is worse... Please Help... Thanks
