Diablo tuner for 09

1 Attachment(s)
Ok so my second post is going to be a good one.

Diablo used my truck this week as a test truck for the new tuners. I am driving around with an 87 octane tune from them and there is a world of difference.

Its not complete yet and more tweaking can be done but they are working on it. Next week they will work on the High Octane tune.

They expect the tuners to be release to their retailer in a few weeks.

Here is a preliminary Dyno chart.

have you noticed any difference in gas mileage with the tune?

Cool! Glad to see you 09 owners getting the opportunity for a programmer from DiabloSport. The gains on the 87 tune are pretty nice!

Just heard that on the 09 Hemi you can adjust the Pedal to Throttle Body ratio to get rid of all the off-the-line hesitation! that is going to come in handy!!!:Wow1:

I live in Belgium and drive an '09 Hemi
Over here we don't have crappy 87 and 88 fuel :)
Here the 'low octane' fuel has 95 octance and high octane is 98.
Shell even sells fuel here (called V-power) which they claim has 100 octance and is developed in the formula-1 world...

I wonder what the tuning results with such fuel would be

Then you'd be able to run the 93 octane tune and still fill up with 'low grade' and get the benefit of better fuel with less chance of engine knock.

I have a co-worker who's eagerly awaiting the '09 tune and i'm his ears on here.
