Keepin' the stock ones for winter. Brand new rubber on those ones. It needs to be lowered now? Agree? :smiley_thumbs_up:

Is your truck red or orange ?

chithead 09-27-2009 08:30 AM

Yes I think two inch drop at least. Looks good though!

strang3majik 09-27-2009 10:45 AM

that does look good...and, yes, lowering it would be down right sexy. :D
Question...do your front tires rub the inner fenderwell when turned all the way?
I tried my dads wheels on my truck, just for s**ts and giggles, and, they rubbed.

But...what I really want to know is...will the 22"s off of a SRT-10 fit?

Agreed, everything needs to be lowered, I just walked in from finishing my "C" notch, so of course I'd say that. 2" drop on yours would look nice and sporty.

Quiet Lunatic 09-27-2009 06:32 PM

That really beefs the look of the truck.

Nick Boudin 09-28-2009 12:22 AM

It barley rubs, and only does because I'm missing one of those vinyl push clips for my wheel well. Thanks guys, yeah I was thinking a 2/4 drop would look sweet. First body work, and paint. Then I'll lower it in the spring!

Oh, also, the truck is red.

That looks so good!!!

CdnoilRAM 09-28-2009 09:52 AM

They give the truck a whole new look, and a drop is a must if you're going that way. A 2/4 would look awesome.

Nick Boudin 09-29-2009 12:18 AM

Thanks guys. My exhaust should be here mid-week so this weekend I'm going to be sure to put it on! I'll share some vids/pics of before and after.

I went with a kit off ebay, flowsound 40 series and cat back dual. Will keep you all posted asap.
