Tie rods

has anyone had to replace there tie rods? i have an 06 ram 1500 4x4 and i cant find them any where except the dealer and there 140.00 each rediculous.
i have 106k on here and had to replace my STRUTS, why does a truck have struts anyway? my brakes and rotors, seat belt sensor which turned on air bag light on dash, spark plugs which wasn't bad.
ok i'm starting to think i got a lemon or has everyone had these problems?

i put the K&N CAI on here which helped the little 4.7 but not much but sounds cool, and cat back flowmaster dual exhaust which sounds awsome.

so my question is is there some where out there that you can get discount parts instead of dealer only parts or coupons for dealerships?

i have 20in wheels and tires on here and cant afford to wear them out with the bad tie rods. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks alot

the only advice i can give you it try out that site that tom gave you, and if you do the tie rods yourself, make sure you get you alignment checked out afterwards...

I just checked . Did you see the listing or just couldn't find it ? Cause I found it without a problem . Most expensive one was $38.79 .
