Cleaning up after being pranked

So last night i leave work at 11 and find my truck has been saran wrapped(Cause thats what friends are for). Not only that but they stuck pads (Yes the female product) all over my windows.

Funny at first until i found out the pads wont come off cleanly. Every one left a ton of lumpy, sticky shit behind on the windows.

I tried dissolving the adhesive with a little acetone and it worked OK but i was worried about using it on the tinted rear glass.

Any suggestions for removing the adhesive?

is it on the outside?
if so take a rag and put alittle rubbing alcohol on it,should bring any residue off pretty easy

Wife says try cooking oil . It should soften it up . Then try hot water with baking soda and vinegar .

Goof off will work too as will WD-40. I am laughing, sorry, because I did the maxi pad prank to a co-worker and to my Nabisco salesman when I was still back at home!!

Believe it or not, lighter fluid works with no damage to glass.

3M makes a great adhesive remover you can get at some auto parts stores and all body shop supply stores carry it.

YEAH! That's just taking it too far... I'd contemplate self mutilation at that point. Scarred for life...

use to use WD40 to get the glue off glass on new tractors. the wd 40 cleans up with window cleaner.
