Lockpick or Allgig?
Would you recommend Coastaltech's Lockpick, or NAV-TV's Allgig to unlock Chrysler's MyGIG radios and Why?

I bought a lockpick and am not happy with it. My radios audio cuts out frequently for 5 - 10 seconds quite often. Upon contacting Coastaltech i get no offer for help. I personally would not buy one of these units as their customer support is nonexistant. I anyone would like further information send me an email.

Got the all gig. No complaints, good customer service, everytime I have called. No issues with operation other than every once and a while when I turn the truck on the screen is blacked out. The sound is still there but the screen is out. The moment I take it out of park it comes right on. Doesn't happen that often though so I never worried about it. You can get it from Susanne right here on the forums.

No on Lockpick, set my airbag light on. It sucked balls I pulled it out after 2 days. Haven't tried allgig.

Go with the AllGig.

I had no trouble whatsoever with the installation save for my own silly mistake of not connecting the wiring harness together completely. Nothing more time consuming than putting the mess back together and only hearing sound from the left speakers and zero sound on the passenger side. Had to undo e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g just for a 1 second fix.

Had mine for over half a year and not a single hiccup. DVDs playing while driving is all I needed it for. But in the future I intend to have a camera hooked up as well. Navigation wasn't equipped.
