Day off

Finally got a day off. Spent most of it so far washing the truck. I'm done for now, probably do the interior tomorrow.

Since it's clean I finally took a picture with a real camera rather than my phone.

You can actually see my rack in this pic.

Most people see washing a vehichle as a chore, but I find it theraputic. I'm sure others here know what I'm talking about.

I find it theraputic as well. And I firmly believe that a clean vehicle runs better...almost like it's happier or something!

Yeah dude...Washing my truck to me is def not something i drag on doing...I spend about 3-4 hours washing mine(i do everything)...Interior, Exterior, i make sure everything is clean from the most noticeable to the least, like the door jams, inside the fender wells ect... and every other wash or so ill get under the hood and clean up a little...

I usually do two, but I had already hit the 3 hour mark and it was hot out. I did everything with paint, exterior glass, and the wheel wells. Everything with carpet or vinyl will wait until the truck's not an oven.

I also collected a lot bugs the last two weeks so i spent an unreasonable amount of time scrubing off bug goo.

Thanks, hopefully it will get better and better looking if I can come up with the money for the mods I want to do. There are of course more than I listed, the signature length limit is just so restrictive.

Very nice!! Wish I could wash mine :(
It is a gorgeous 60 degree day here and I am stuck at work!

Last time I washed mine I inspired a neighbor. He came home and commented that it was too hot to be outdoors as he got out of his truck. I replied that it was my day off I would take what I could get. The next afternoon he was outside washing his in the blazing sun and it was no less hot.
