I am going to take a wild stab and say he has the LSD and the retaining clips for the clutch pack backed out.

i took it in to have the pinion seal replaced and when i went to pick the truck up they told me my rear yoke flange nut was loose and the pinion bearing is damaged and when they turned the driveshaft it feels rough but i dont hear anything (should i hear something??) when im driving i also found out the guy i bought the truck from never and i mean never changed any of the fluids since day one

Is your rear positraction ? Oops SureGrip . Yes if it is posi , thats tough on the clutches . Mine clutches broke and came apart . Boogered up my rear pretty good . With me running 35's , didn't want to trust it . Put a used rear in it . It may be cheaper , if it's not real trashed to have it rebearinged and resealed . Wouldn't be a bad idea for a second opinion .

yes it has the lsd but the only sound i hear when drivin are my tires i dont feel or hear anything near the rear even when turning sharp
