Need a lil help
my rear tire flew off when i was driving last night on the driver side and all the bolts that the lug nuts go on are missing how hard are they to replace or if i buy a new drum break are those bolts on the drum?

The bolts you are referring to are called studs, and they can be replaced. But, better check for drum damage anyway, losing a wheel and all

New drum w/ pads

Check your wheel and make sure you didn't destroy it . Sounds like the lugnuts were loose . Wheel studs are pretty easy to replace . Not a biggy .
